Most teams start in the wrong place. Here is a better map.

Startwise does three things. They are related, but they are not interchangeable. This page tells you which one to pick first — and why.

The most common mistake is starting with “what AI tools should we use?” That is the wrong question for the first meeting. The right question is: where is your team losing the most time or money right now, and could a human doing that task be dramatically accelerated by AI? The answer to that points directly to one of the three starting points below.

If your team does not yet use AI as a daily habit, start with training. Not because it is the safest bet — though it is — but because every other service works better when the people using the outputs already understand how AI thinks. Clients who skip training and go straight to building an agent often discover, six weeks in, that their team does not trust the thing we built. Training first fixes that.

If your team already uses AI but results are inconsistent, that is usually a building problem. You need something that runs reliably without babysitting. If you are an executive who wants to lead AI adoption credibly — and personally — the executive training track is for you.
