Building — Custom agents and apps your team can own

Everything included.

  • Scoping & discovery sprint

Before a line of code is written, we define the problem, the boundaries, and what done looks like — so nothing gets built that should not.

  • Working agent or app

Production-ready software your team can deploy, maintain, and extend on day one.

  • Safety review

Every build includes a structured review of failure modes, prompt injection risks, and output guardrails — documented in a risk register that stays with the code.

  • Handoff playbook

Documentation, runbooks, and a live knowledge-transfer session so your team owns what we built — not us.

Built for these teams.

  • Founders without a technical co-founder

Have a clear problem and a real business case but not the engineering bench to build a production AI system.

  • Ops leaders

Running a manual, error-prone process that AI could automate — but have no internal bandwidth to scope or ship it.

  • Scaleups running lean engineering

Need to move fast on AI features without pulling the core team off the main product.

  • Product managers

Own a roadmap item that requires AI and need a team that can scope, build, and ship it without hand-holding.

Good questions.

How do you figure out what to build?

Every engagement starts with a scoping sprint. We interview stakeholders, map the current process, and agree on a written definition of done before any code is written. You only pay to build what you have approved.

How long does a typical build take?

A focused agent or internal tool typically ships in four to eight weeks. More complex systems take longer — we give you a realistic timeline at the end of the scoping sprint, not before we understand the problem.

What happens after you hand it over?

You own the code, the cloud infrastructure, and the documentation. We run a knowledge-transfer session with whoever will maintain it. After handoff, ongoing support is available as a separate retainer — you are not locked into one.

What do you not build?

We do not build general-purpose consumer products, systems that require us to own the roadmap long-term, or anything where the goal is still unclear after scoping. If we think you need a product team rather than a build partner, we will tell you.

Do you build with our stack or yours?

Yours. We work in your codebase, your cloud, and your CI pipeline so there is no lock-in and your team can maintain the work after we leave.

What does "safety reviewed" mean in practice?

Before launch we run a structured audit: adversarial prompt testing, output-boundary checks, and a documented risk register with mitigation steps. The register ships with the handoff playbook so anyone maintaining the system can see what was tested and what the known edge cases are.
